I hope you are all looking forward to the upcoming season. Not long left now!

As discussed in the pre-season meeting last week, Alistair and I have been working on a new platform for our club, which will eventually replace the old website. For the start of the season, we have been concentrating on getting it ready to receive availabilities, do selections and take payments (subs, match fees, social activities), for both the senior side and the juniors. The platform chosen is called Teamo, and there is a web page and an app.

Most pressingly, Teamo will be managing all the sign up and payments for the Lords WOW (flyer attached). If you wish to attend Lords, please download Teamo from the App Store or from Google Play, and then register. You will be able to buy tickets for yourself and for any guests as well. Please ensure that the guests names are included (by tapping on "Guest 1" on the tickets, you can put a name in) otherwise they may not gain access to the Pavilion! The sign up deadline for Lords is by the 1st April.

Payments are not quite ready, but you can still reserve a ticket (please do, so we have an idea of numbers and names), and a message will be sent to you when payment opens.

For those of you not attending Lords but wishing to get ready and sign up for the new season, you are welcome to also sign up and start putting availabilities in. Availabilities will no longer be accepted via the existing website. For more information on how to register, including how to add playing members who are under 18, I have attached some hopefully useful documents.
